"New this year in Montana, the property I'm on is thick with cottonwoods, aspen and willow, and the Sheep Creek meanders by. Fawns are raised and birds twitter all day in this kaleidoscope of light and leaves. I spent my first artistic efforts enjoying the trees and clouds in this new state with a new state of mind and a new set of opportunities. I set myself free with the paint, and simply enjoyed getting to know this place."
